Our customer satisfaction to our products is very important. A lot of research and development was put in our products to ensure usability. We also check our products' quality before it reaches you. In the case that you notice a defect on our product or the product did not serve its function, you have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your item to request for a refund.
In order to process your request, please email us at email@example.com with detailed photos and descriptions of your claim. We will contact you within 48 hours to agree or disagree with your request.
If your refund request has been granted, here is what you need to expect:
1) You will ship back the goods to us (shipping cost covered by you).
2) We will confirm the receipt of goods through email.
3) We will refund only the cost of the items and not the shipping fee through your original mode of payment.
4) Processing of reimbursement may take fourteen (14) days to a month depending on your bank.
